You can find this posting at this Network 6 Blog. My calendar of visits is also posted on the blog tab <Coaching Calendar>. You should have received official invites for visits through mid-October. Good luck with upcoming professional development and have a wonderful Labor Day weekend.
Assessment Update
- PD Courses: All PD Courses are posted on My Learning Plan.
- Assessment Survey: This assessment survey is due on Friday, August 31. The results of this survey will allow the district to use Clever to match the assessment to the students in your school. Once MAP Fluency schools are identified, ODA will take inventory of headset needs and purchase additional headsets for those schools since a microphone set is required.
- Resource Folder: All BPS staff have access to ODA's public BPS Formative Resource Folder. All training materials, webinars, administration documents, and more can be found here.
- Illuminate "Cheat Sheets:" District Leader Cheat Sheet for Illuminate provides step-by-step directions for accessing the best reports. This one is for School Leaders. These are all linked in the Illuminate homepages as well.

In case you missed it: Message for Staff Who Received NWEA MAP Email
Dear BPS Educators,
We hope you're having a fantastic summer! You may have received an email from NWEA regarding your MAP assessment account and the district's new partnership with NWEA. While working with BPS to set up the district's data integration with the Clever Digital Backpack the system triggered these emails to go out. This was an error and will not impact any decisions that were made or are still being made.
The district assessment survey is still open until Friday August, 31st. From there, decisions will be communicated by your Academic Superintendent and ODA. To reiterate, this email does not confirm your participation in the MAP assessments. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this communication error might have caused.
Best,
The Boston NWEA Team
